Yes. There is a fee of $4,500 in order to break the lease at any time, which will be lowered to $3,000 if you’re able to give a 60 day notice. Special circumstances apply to previous management company lease-holders, please contact our office for any questions.
Yes, Sylo and all other J.C. Hart communities necessitate a credit check to be performed during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which is used to cover the application, background screening, and processing charges necessary for a new lease.
