Here is how it works:

• For just a $50 deposit your spot is reserved.
• The earlier you apply the earlier we can give you a mailing address.
• Usual application and administrative fees apply to the 1^st month’s rent (a $250 savings).
• If for some reason we cannot fulfill your needs we’ll refund your deposit.
